Julek Meissner Biography

Dr. Julek Meissner, Registered Homeopath, N.D. (Ret), DHANP* graduated from the National University of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland Oregon in 1983. He has a private practice in Ottawa, and specializes in weight loss, mindfulness and homeopathy Nature heals Dr. Meissner’s love of nature has been a constant companion throughout his life. Not surprisingly, his holistic health care practice promotes the body’s natural self-healing abilities. His weight loss coaching in Ottawa can help you if you suffer from obesity. Enhancing quality of life Raised by parents who survived the German occupation of Poland and fought in the Warsaw Uprising, he is familiar with the problems posed by PTSD (Post traumatic stress disorder) and the havoc it can create in a family. Despite numerous personal tragedies, including the deaths of his brother in 1979 and his son in 2003, Dr. Julek Meissner continues to treasure the gift of conscious living through his mindfulness in Ottawa services.
